The project of Bellaria Igea Marina “Popular Museum of the Coastal People” comes from a long process of research and studies that allowed us to join AdriaMuse international project which aims at recovering and diffusing the historical traces of the people living by the Adriatic Sea.

The goal is to define cultural tours, “Routes between land and sea”, by identifying and retrieving those places able to describe and witness the characteristics of the local coast people. From the restoration of the cliff as ancient coast profile to the places of the navy, up to involving the primordial beach-tourist architectures of the early twentieth century.
