Project commissioned by a private individual

Year 2023

The project of a restoration of a private single-family house located in the summer camp area of Bellaria Igea Marina. The building constructed of load-bearing masonry was internally adapted to create modern, comfortable space, suitable for today's needs. Externally, a new formal image of the façades was created, keeping unchanged, due to an obligation, the dimensions and openings of the existing doors and windows.
