Awarded project within the
"Safety In The Forensic Territory" announcement of the Emilia Romagna region.

The main purpose of the project is to build an operational process that is capable of giving life to an organic planning activity of the rural territory which complies with the strategic guidelines of Bellaria Igea Marina urban planning.

This final objective aims at recovering and valorising the whole rural area: this is not only seen as a town heritage but also as a new surplus value for the tourist activity in this coastal territory.

The rural territory is considered as a stratified phenomenon of events which we have to organically explore and operate on through planned actions designed to recover a series of character values: aesthetical, environmental, social, economical, historical and cultural. Firstly, we plan to realise interventions to recover and make some particularly degraded areas safe, from both the environmental side and the social one; we’ll then carry out other types of operations.
